I still am not sure you have explained exactly when and how it happens specifically. Just keep at it, it's not an exact science when you have multiple devices fighting for wireless bandwidth. If I were you I would try and hard wire if you can to start the process of elimination and Steve is correct, if you are making two wireless jumps one of those maybe the issue and it's probably the wireless jump from computer to router. I do know DKG999 had some issues simply because he was running to much wireless stuff on his then current wireless router. It is possible to have a weak wireless router, or interference, or too much distance or too many wireless devices running at once and it will cause hiccups but it's not really the fault of the SQB in these senario's. There could also be other sources of interference. Usually I switch to a different WiFi channel and they go away. I have re-buffering problems that pop up from time to time. Sometimes that isn't possible or practical, so changing the WiFi channel is the best way to go. One good way to isolate is to try a wired connection and see if the issue goes away. Even if you had clear channels before, your neighbors may have added a new access point, that now interferes with the channels. My computer knowledge is fairly low, but I'll try to figure out how to change the router channel. I just made the connection, but the major problems probably began about the same time that my daughter got her iPhone. The problem is probably more common with my music library, but it also does it with Pandora. I wasn't sure if there was possibly a setting in the SB that I had overlooked.

Unfortunately the PC stutters like freakin crazy and I can't figure out why.I'm fairly confident it's a CPU/router issue. After I did this the CPU temps dropped by 20 degrees on the next test so this was clearly a problem. I read on some forums that Corsair water coolers have this problem with some motherboards that are slightly thinner than normal so I did as others mentioned and added some rubber washers to the backplate so the water cooler would now stay up against the CPU. The backplate wobbled no matter how tight the offsets were screwed into the motherboard. Also, the water cooler didn't fit snug against the cpu at first. Anyone have any ideas why this would be happening? This was absolutely not an issue until I installed the new water cooler.
I was using a Corsair H60 water cooler but it wasn't that great at keeping temps lower on this i9 so that's why I decided to try the H100i but this stuttering nonsense is unbearable. I also installed a temp monitoring tool today (HWiNfo). Something is causing a huge lag spike of some kind and performance monitor/task manager shows nothing out of the ordinary when this happens.
